We're bringing together a group of women for the first edition of the Emotional Agency Club: a 5-hour workshop exploring what it means to reclaim your emotional agency.
Built for women who are tired of being emotionally at the mercy of everything around them, The Emotional Agency Club is the program that turns emotional reactivity into personal power; through shadow work, nervous system regulation, and somatic practice, not positivity or bypass.
Unlike therapy-adjacent or soft self-help approaches, we treat emotional mastery as a skill to be learnt, not a state to be found.
In the first cohort, we would like to bring together a small group of women to test the format. We only ask for feedback.
Maybe you've become very good at adapting. You care. You meet or often exceed expectations. You work hard. You try to do things right, for everyone. You live in a state of emotional reactivity. Someone's tone, a slight, a dismissal, and your emotional state is decided by them before you've had a say.
We believe emotional reactivity isn't a personal flaw. It's a trained response to a world that rewards women for staying quiet. Every woman already has the capacity to feel powerfully and respond deliberately. That capacity is agency.
Emotional agency is the skill of choosing your emotional response instead of being pulled into one. It is a trainable, practical, in-the-body capability. It leads to emotional independance and ultimately, emotional freedom.
See the pattern: where reactivity actually starts (the trigger, the story, the wound underneath it).
The somatic / nervous-system work. Where understanding becomes capacity, at body-level, not insight-level.
Put it into action: speak up, take up space, respond instead of react.

Ester brings together shadow work, Jungian psychology, CBT, EFT, somatic techniques and nervous system regulation – alongside the wisdom of astrology and natural cycles – to co-create a program that doesn't ask you to manage your emotions or push them down. It asks you to understand them so deeply, and work with them so directly in the body, that they become your greatest source of power rather than your biggest obstacle.
Alongside her career in marketing, Tiffany is training in energy healing (Reiki and shamanic healing). She also “beta-tested” the program herself: over a year of working with Ester led to profound inner transformation and a new sense of agency. Her own journey and experiences in women’s groups convinced her that emotional agency is key to a happier, more balanced life. It’s not always easy, and that’s exactly why we created this program.
Ester Segarra knows what it feels like to be at the mercy of your own emotions: triggered by what people say, how they behave, by challenges and circumstances that seem to pull your reactions out of you before you've even had a chance to choose.
As a shadow work practitioner, behavioural change expert and astrologer with over fifteen years of working with the inner landscape of the human experience, Ester has spent her life studying what it actually takes to move from emotional reactivity to genuine inner freedom.
Her path was never linear. Born in Barcelona, she built a career as an award-winning photographer – capturing the raw power of rockstars and rebels – before burnout and a profound healing journey redirected everything. What she found on the other side wasn't stillness. It was agency. The ability to feel fully without being ruled by what she felt.
That discovery is the foundation of The Emotional Agency Club.
No, just come as you are.
It's totally up to you. You can choose to remain anonymous, or not, whatever you feel more comfortable with. We want the Club to be a safe space for all participants.
It is not. We work with techniques like CBT, EFT, and nervous system regulation exercises, but this is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental-health care.
